Bank In Administration Unveils Action Plan Amidst Claims Dispute

Century Banking Corporation Ltd (In Receivership) has issued a public notice in compliance with Section 85 (1) of the Banking Act 2004.

The notice informs individuals whose claims haven’t been fully approved about the steps the Receiver plans to take.

It also provides details about when and where the schedule of these proposed actions can be inspected.

The schedule will be available for examination at the CBC office from September 14, 2023, until September 30, 2023.

The Receiver is scheduled to submit the action plan to the Bankruptcy Court on September 14, 2023.

The public notice was signed by Huns Biltoo, the Receiver.
