CIM Financial Services raises Rs2.5 Billion through 4-year private placement

CIM Financial Services (CFSL) has successfully raised of Rs2.5 Billion through a four-year private placement under the Securities (Preferential Offer) Rules 2017.

Additionally, it has been granted approval for the issuance of ‘Green Bonds’ with an aggregate nominal amount of up to Rs1.5 Billion, as part of the existing Rs9 Billion Medium Term Note Programme.

Care Ratings (Africa) Private Limited will rate the Private Placement, which will not be listed on The Stock Exchange of Mauritius Limited.

IZAR Ltd has been chosen as the transaction advisor for this debt issuance following the revised Green Bond guidelines set by the Financial Services Commission in April 2022.
