The organization, which comprises various financial industry stakeholders, expressed concerns about individuals posing as financial grant providers while soliciting personal banking information.

They clarified that Mauritius Finance is not involved in offering personal or business loans and strongly advised against sharing personal information with unknown individuals on social media.

The organization urged users to report suspicious activities or profiles claiming to represent them and provided their official social media accounts for reference.
