Caudan Waterfront is back from the brink, generates profit of Rs42 million

Caudan Waterfront has reason to celebrate its financial performance for the nine-month period ending on March 31, 2023.

It has achieved profits of Rs 42.5 million, a significant increase compared to the corresponding period in 2022, which saw profits of only Rs 2.8 million.

The achievement has been attributed to several factors, including high rental income, contributions from the catering service, the activities of the Caudan Arts Centre and a reduction in renovation costs.

During this period, Caudan Development Ltd experienced growth in its revenues, rising from Rs 351.3 million in 2022 to Rs 431.4 million, a 22.8% increase.
