Mauritius, Tanzania sign general framework agreement

Mauritius and Tanzania have signed a General Framework Agreement (GFA) to reinforce the bilateral relations between the two countries.

The agreement is also scheduled to pave the way for the establishment of a Mauritius-Tanzania Joint Commission, which will provide a platform for dialogue and continuous follow-up on bilateral issues.

The agreement was signed by the Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr Haymandoyal DILLUM, and Professor Emmanuel Mbennah, High Commissioner of Tanzania.
