Actuarix Consulting Wins Rs 3.84 Million Finance Ministry Contract

The Ministry of Finance has finalized the appointment of Actuarix Consulting Ltd to provide strategic investment advisory services, following a formal procurement exercise aimed at bolstering the oversight of the country’s social security assets.

The contract, valued at Rs 3.84 million (excluding VAT), was awarded after a tender process conducted under references MOF/Q32/2025-2026/OAB and MOF/IFB/2025/777.

The firm will provide consultancy services specifically for the Investment Committee of the National Pensions Fund (NPF) and the National Savings Fund (NSF).

Contractual Terms and Duration

According to official details released by the Ministry on 6 May 2026, the agreement includes the following stipulations:

  • Initial Term: One year.
  • Extension Clauses: The contract may be renewed annually for an additional year.
  • Maximum Ceiling: Total engagement is capped at a maximum of two years.
  • Performance Clause: Any renewal is strictly subject to “satisfactory performance” by the consultant.

The successful bidder, Actuarix Consulting Ltd, operates from its headquarters located on the 1st Floor of The Pod, Vivea Business Park, Moka.

The selection concludes a selection process aimed at securing expert guidance for the Investment Committee, which is tasked with managing the portfolios of the nation’s primary pension and savings vehicles.
