Victory for Employees: Best Workplaces Mauritius 2023 Announced

The “Best Workplaces Mauritius 2023” awards ceremony, organized by the Great Place to Work® label, celebrated outstanding workplaces on October 10th.

Among the winners, Attitude Hotels, SD Worx Mauritius, Aquarelle Mauritius, EcoVadis, and Laguna Mauritius stood out in the category of companies with over 250 employees.

In the 51 to 249 employee category, Ensport/Décathlon, ENL Property, ENL Corporate Services, DHL Express, and Cementis Mauritius were recognized.

Meanwhile, Opus Fund Services, Porsche Center Mauritius, British American Tobacco, Médecin à Domicile, and Skoda Mauritius emerged as the top five in companies with less than 50 employees.

The event reflects a growing emphasis on workplace culture over other benefits in the competitive job market.

Jennifer Barbaray, Country Manager of GPTW Mauritius, highlighted the positive trends, including increased trust and fairness within companies.
