ABC Banking Corporation’s profits grow steadily to reach Rs65.5 million

ABC Banking Corporation Ltd has registered a profit after tax of Rs65.5 million for the quarter ended 30 September 2022 against Rs37.8 million for the same period last year.

This represents a growth of 73%.

The Operating income for the quarter ended 30 September 2022 stood at Rs173.4 million compared to Rs144.1 million same period last year.

The bank’s total assets as at 30 September 2022 was Rs22.8 billion compared to Rs22.2 billion as at 30 June 2022, whilst the saving and deposit balance closed at Rs18.9 billion compared to Rs19.0 billion as at 30 June 2022.

The Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 14.9% and Liquidity Coverage Ratio at 651%.
