Indian Student’s Body Recovered After Fatal Incident at 7 Cascades
An Indian student has been tragically found dead at the Sept Cascades (Seven Waterfalls) site in Henrietta, Mauritius. The body of the 26-year-old man, whose identity has not been released, was recovered by police on Monday, October 13. The student was reportedly in the company of four friends when the fatal incident occurred.
Police were dispatched to the scenic location at approximately 4:30 PM but took over an hour to locate the student’s lifeless body.
The incident took place specifically at the fourth cascade of the Sept Cascades site.
An autopsy is scheduled for today, Tuesday, October 14, which is expected to determine the exact cause of death.
The authorities have not yet indicated the nature of the “drama” that led to the death.
