Measuring Excellence

The annual evaluation specifically ranks upper-level institutions based on their 2025 HSC pass rates, which serve as a critical indicator of a school’s ability to prepare pupils for global tertiary education.

To maintain statistical relevance, Schoolbell.net excludes any school with fewer than 30 examined students from its findings.

Rounding out the top ten are Sir Leckraz Teelock SSS (98.72%), Rabindranath Tagore Secondary School (98.68%), John Kennedy College (98.61%), Rodrigues College (98.44%), Gaetan Raynal State College (98.28%), Mahatma Gandhi Secondary School Moka (97.14%), and Loreto College Quatre Bornes (96.97%).

Supporting Families

A spokesperson for Schoolbell.net noted that the results reflect both the “high caliber of teaching across the Republic” and a long-standing tradition of academic rigour.

“By providing this data, we hope to support Mauritian families in making informed decisions about their children’s path toward higher education,” the spokesperson added.
