Noemi Alphonse, the Mauritian para-athlete, has successfully defended her World Champion title in the 100m (T54) event at the Para-Athletics World Championships in New Delhi.

The champion clocked her best performance of the season, finishing the race on Thursday evening with an impressive time of 16.07 seconds.
