PM Rebuts Claims of Election Rigging Through AI
Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth has categorically denied allegations of a plan to manipulate the imminent elections with the use of artificial intelligence (AI).
He made this declaration during his speech at the 29th edition of the Public Service Kermesse held at the Gymkhana in Vacoas, on Sunday, December 17.
Jugnauth criticised those propagating such claims, describing them as baseless and malicious.
He expressed his full confidence in the integrity of the Electoral Commission and the Electoral Supervisory Commission, lauding their long-standing independence and dedication to ensuring free and fair elections.
