AfCFTA secretary meets Jugnauth
The Secretary General of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), Wamkele Mene, paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth on Tuesday.
Mr. Mene, in Mauritius for the Africa Partnership Conference, highlighted the progress of AfCFTA implementation, with 47 countries ratifying the agreement.
The discussion reportedly centred on leveraging the African continent as an export market for Mauritius and opportunities for mutual trade.
