Tributes paid after ex-Radio Plus host Guillaume Domingue dies at 36
Warm tributes are being paid on Wednesday to the trailblazing radio presenter Guillaume Domingue, who has died at the age of 36.
Domingue was an infectiously cheerful and knowledgable voice on Radio Plus’s Morning shows and a number of other stations for more than 15 years.
Several polls had voted him as Mauritians’ most favourite radio host.
His former colleagues described him as a “truly brilliant radio person”.
Domingue reportedly died on Tuesday evening after being admitted for weeks at the Intensive Care Unit of Dr AG Jeetoo Hospital.
The funeral is scheduled this afternoon.
We, at NEWSMORIS, send our deepest condolences to his family and friends at this sad time.
