The Labour-MMM-ND-ReA Bloc Named “Alliance du Changement”
A new political alliance has emerged in Mauritius, uniting the Labour Party (PTr), the Mouvement Militant Mauricien (MMM), the Nouveaux Démocrates (ND), and Rezistans ek Alternativ.
This coalition, officially named the “Alliance du Changement,” was announced on Saturday, September 14.
The announcement took place during a press conference held in Port-Louis, where Navin Ramgoolam, the leader of the Labour Party, described the alliance as historic, particularly the collaboration with Rezistans ek Alternativ.
Ramgoolam emphasized the importance of unity among these parties and expressed their commitment to securing a third candidacy for the Parti Papillon.
