Evolis Properties Raises Rs640 Million for Major Projects
Evolis Properties, a subsidiary of CIEL Properties, has successfully raised Rs640 million.
This is the first step in their plan to issue Rs2 billion in bonds over 5 years.
The aim is to solidify their position as a leader in building regeneration and accelerate ongoing projects.
Evolis Properties will focus on developing Phase 2 of Flexeo, a storage and office space in Solitude, and Nouvelle Usine, a transformed building that was previously Floréal Knitwear.
Improving energy efficiency in the CIEL Group’s headquarters, Ebène Skies, is also a goal.
