Constance Hotels Enters Partnership to Manage 3 Hotels in Mauritius, Rodrigues
Constance Hotels Services Limited has announced a collaboration with Trimetys Ltd for the management and operation of three hotels in Mauritius and Rodrigues.
These are the Sakoa Boutik, Tekoma Boutik, and Mourouk Hotel (formerly Mourouk Ebony Hotel). The partnership will reportedly also involve equity investments in these properties.
The transaction is contingent on meeting conditions precedent and obtaining regulatory approvals.
