Employers urged to pay end-of-year bonus early December
The Mauritius Consumers Association (ACIM) has urged employers to pay end-of-year bonuses early December.
Spokesperson Jayen Chellum, said the exceptional move would prevent last-minute rush and help contain the spread of COVID-19.
“Sales will be spread over three weeks instead of a few days,” he said. Chellum also called for business hours to be extended.
