Employers: Get the cheque book ready
The Confederation of Public and Private sector employees will soon request for a salary compensation of up to Rs750.
Union spokesperson Reeaz Chuttoo has told l’Express that latest statistics show that inflation rate was 3.5% in 2021.
“We also referred to the Household Budget Survey. Our calculation suggests the compensation should be Rs 749. As a rounded figure, it is our responsibility to ensure that an average family needs Rs 750 more to keep the same standard of living,” he said.
