CCIFM Appoints 3 Executives to Lead 2026 Regional Development Plans
The France-Mauritius Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIFM) has appointed a new Board of Directors to spearhead its strategic development through 2026.
The newly formed board is led by President Johanna Murugan, who is supported by Vice-President Jean-Christophe Cluzeau and Treasurer Raphaël Beaudrey, among other members.
The transition comes as the Chamber looks to capitalise on what leadership describes as a “positive dynamic” for the organisation.
Strategic Priorities for 2026
In her inaugural address for the year, President Murugan emphasised a commitment to continuity and growth.
A primary objective for the upcoming term is to solidify the CCIFM’s status as a premier platform for professional exchange between Mauritius, the surrounding region, and the international market.
Key priorities for the new board include:
- Local Engagement: Strengthening ties between public and private sector actors.
- Business Interaction: Increasing corporate engagement through sector-specific meetings and events.
- Regional Growth: Furthering international development with a specific focus on African markets.
Innovation and SME Support
Beyond regional expansion, the Chamber has pledged to remain a central hub for innovation and the support of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
Leadership confirmed that the 2026 roadmap will prioritise the cohesion of its professional network and the backing of innovative projects, ensuring the Chamber remains an active partner for businesses navigating the current economic landscape.
