Emtel Ltd has reported a significant 9% jump in revenue for the first nine months of 2025, buoyed by expanding customer numbers and a successful drive into digital services.

The telecoms provider’s turnover reached Rs 2.97 billion for the period ending September 30, 2025, compared to the same timeframe last year.

This strong growth is primarily attributed to a larger customer base, the diversification of revenue streams, and the increased adoption of its digital services.

Digital & Financial Performance

The company’s performance was further underpinned by improved 5G coverage, the development of local cloud solutions, and the launch of new services. These new offerings include a Security Operation Centre and the integration of artificial intelligence into operations.

The fintech application blink was also highlighted as a key driver, continuing to boost the digital payments segment.

On the financial front, EBITDA stood at Rs 1.5 billion. The underlying profit before tax reached Rs 558 million.

Shareholder Payout

The Board of Directors has approved a final dividend of Rs 0.77 per share, bringing the total annual dividend to Rs 1.54 per share.
