Man Held Over Alleged Rs 9.2 Million Porsche Fraud via Maupass

A 26-year-old man from Eau Coulée has been arrested and taken in for questioning by the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC) on Tuesday, October 7, in connection with an alleged fraud case involving a high-value vehicle.

Suspect Allegedly Used ‘Maupass’ to Transfer Porsche

The suspect, identified as L.S., is alleged to have fraudulently transferred ownership of a Porsche Cayenne Turbo to his name on September 5. The transfer was reportedly carried out using the Maupass system.

The luxury vehicle, which belongs to an individual named M.J.S., is estimated to be worth approximately Rs 9.2 million.

L.S. was brought before the FCC for interrogation following his apprehension. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
