Minister Announces AI Integration for Modern Public Service
Civil Service Minister Anjiv Ramdhany is advocating for the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in ministries to modernise and enhance public service.
This proposal will be included in the upcoming Pay Research Bureau (PRB) report.
During the annual general meeting of the Court Officers’ Association, Minister Ramdhany also announced plans to develop a mobile application for civil servants’ well-being and mental health support.
Furthermore, the ministry is actively supporting ISO certification in quality management, health, and safety.
The Minister also mentioned the implementation of an electronic management system to replace manual registries.
However, court officers have expressed concerns about staff shortages, lack of facilities, and communication issues with management.
