Landscope Mauritius to develop upmarket residential project
Landscope Mauritius is currently busy with the development of Iremia, an upmarket residential morcellement project within minutes of the upcoming Côte d’Or Administrative City.
Spread across 15 hectares of lush green land along the Terre Rouge-Verdun-Trianon Road (M3) in Côte d’Or, Iremia will consist of 194 plots with areas ranging from 110 to 220 toises.
According to Landscope, the morcellement will be developed as a low-density community with 40% maximum-built area. Underground utility installation will be provided for water, electricity, telephone, sewage and fibre-optic Internet.
It will have close access to business parks (Ebène Cybercity, Vivéa), educational institutions (UoM, MGI Moka, Curtin Mauritius, Lycée des Mascareignes), health facilities (Wellkin Hospital, upcoming New Eye Hospital, AYUSH hospital), commercial centres (Bagatelle Mall, Kendra, Les Allées) and the Côte d’Or National Sports Complex.
Available on the market now, the fully serviced plots are expected to be delivered by end 2023.
