Rodrigues Chief Commissioner in intensive care

The chief commissioner of the Regional Assembly of Rodrigues, Louis Serge Clair has reportedly been admitted to the Intensive Care Unit at Crève-Coeur hospital.

He was expected to be evacuated to Mauritius this Monday July 5 onboard the Dornier aircraft of the Mauritius Police Force.

According to Le Mauricien, Serge Clair had taken a leave from his official duties as head of the regional government for two weeks over health problems.
