Post Office: Only 3 January Pensioners to be Paid this 31 December
The Post Office has moved to dispel growing confusion regarding pension disbursements, confirming that only a specific group of retirees will receive payments today, 31 December.
Despite rumours circulating to the contrary, officials clarified that today’s payouts are strictly reserved for beneficiaries who habitually receive their pensions on the 3rd of each month.
Standard Schedule Remains
For all other pensioners, the wait continues into the New Year. The Post Office maintains that the standard payment cycle will resume from 5 January, with disbursements following the established alphabetical order.
Limited Trading Hours
Pensioners eligible for today’s collection are advised to act quickly. The Post Office has issued a reminder that all pension payment services will conclude at 12:00 pm this Wednesday.
