Utility Shock: 3-Month Overdue Bills Face Immediate Water Cut

The Central Water Authority (CWA) has issued a stern warning that customers whose water bills are more than three months overdue face the risk of having their water supply disconnected.

The CWA released a statement to remind subscribers that this potential service interruption is in line with current regulations governing the utility.

Fair Resource Management

According to the CWA management, the measure is intended to ensure fair management of resources and to encourage subscribers to settle their invoices promptly.

Immediate Action Urged

To prevent any interruption to service, the CWA is urging its customers to settle their outstanding payments as soon as possible.

Customers with accounts three months or more in arrears are specifically targeted by the warning.
