MaxCity Property Fund has announced the launch of 2 Exchange Square, a new 10,000 square metre office building in Ébène, marking the second phase of the ambitious Exchange Square Precinct development.

Delivery and Scope

The delivery of the new office block is scheduled for the third quarter of 2026. This development follows the success of 1 Exchange Square, which was completed in 2018.

Vision and Features

The Exchange Square Precinct initiative aims to create an integrated business district at the strategic entrance to the cybercity. MaxCity’s vision for 2 Exchange Square extends beyond simple office spaces to propose a comprehensive ecosystem incorporating offices, retail, restaurants, and green spaces.

Lewis Ah Ching, CEO of MaxCity Property Fund, emphasised the group’s ambition to combine economic performance and sustainability. He stated:

“The market doesn’t need more offices, it needs better offices. With 2 Exchange Square, we want to offer spaces that promote well-being, collaboration and productivity, while meeting the most demanding environmental standards.”

Sustainability Standards

The new building will be designed to meet the international LEED and WELL certification criteria, which guarantee energy performance and quality working environments.
