Chandra Kumar Seepaul, Managing Director of CSCS International Manning Ltd, said, “We expect a significant wave of recruitment by the end of the year.” “This year, we’ve seen a notable increase in Mauritian interest in cruise ship jobs compared to last year. Many former employees, who left or lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic, are now returning to the industry. As global cruise tourism continues to grow, companies are expanding their hiring, creating new opportunities. The sector remains vibrant, and more Mauritians are eager to join or return to this line of work.”
