New Working Hours in Nursery Schools Starting Jan 2025

The Council of Ministers has announced adjustments to the work schedules of teachers in nursery schools across municipal, district, and state-funded private pre-primary institutions.

Beginning in January 2025, the working hours for these educators will be shortened.

Teachers will now work from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM on regular school days, a shift from the previous hours of 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.

This decision came in response to numerous representations made to the authorities addressing various concerns.
