Bhadain Seeks Access to Key Documents in Britam Affair Challenge
Roshi Bhadain, lawyer and leader of the Reform Party, is seeking access to key documents from the Secretary to the President of the Republic in order to challenge the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into the Britam affair.
Bhadain has presented a motion before the Supreme Court requesting the Secretary to the President to submit a list of 14 documents.
The Commission of Inquiry, chaired by former judge Bushan Domah, recommended investigations into individuals, including Bhadain, for offences such as forgery and use of forged documents.
