Covid deaths soar to 10 in deadliest day since 2020
Ten patients admitted at the specialized ward for patients suffering from severe complications related to COVID-19 at the ENT Hospital, have reportedly died.
This is said to be the highest death toll related to COVID-19 in a day since the outbreak of the virus in Mauritius.
Figures released by health authorities revealed that 140 people have died due to COVID-19 so far.
