GBL License of Rosebery Management suspended

The Financial Services Commission, Mauritius has given notice of the suspension of the Global Business Licence of Rosebery Management LLP with immediate effect pursuant to Section 74(6) (a) of the Financial Services Act (FSA).

It said that in accordance with Section 74(3) of the FSA, when a Global Business Licence is suspended under subsection (6), the corporation “shall not, except with the approval of the Commission, transact any business.”
