Mauritius PM turns 60

Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth is officially a ‘senior citizen’ – he celebrated his 60th birthday on Saturday 25 December, 2021.

Media joked that Pravind Jugnauth will henceforth be eligible for old-age pension – irrespective if he needs it or not.

Jugnauth celebrated the birthday with his family, “as he always has” – his close aides were quoted as saying.
