Edouard Rouillard, ex-director of Agria, is no more

The Rogers group mourns the demise of Edouard Rouillard, former director of the board of Agrïa, at the age of 100 years old.

Mr. Rouillard, was a shareholder of the Compagnie Sucrière de Bel Ombre – as the company was then known.

He also served for decades as Director of the Board, and as Company Secretary of CSBO.

He initiated many projects in Bel Ombre such as the introduction of coffee plants in Chamarel known now as ‘Le Café de Chamarel’, the construction of ‘Le Chamarel Restaurant’, or the first renovation of ‘Le Château de Bel Ombre’.
