Blue Ship Capital Records 7% Growth Following New Heritage Fund Launch

Blue Ship Capital’s newly launched investment vehicle, Blue Ship Patrimoine, has outperformed expectations by delivering a return of over 7% within its first eight months of operation.

The “Collective Investment Scheme” (CIS), which received regulatory approval from the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in April, was officially presented by the firm’s leadership on 11 December.

Designed for investors seeking capital protection and long-term appreciation, the fund requires a minimum entry ticket of €100,000.

A Strategy Defined by Prudence

The fund’s early success is being attributed to a “multi-asset” approach, designed to capture global opportunities while maintaining a disciplined risk profile.

CEO Alexandre Sanchini confirmed that the strategy prioritises stability, focusing on “strong currencies” including the Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), and British Pound (GBP) to buffer against macroeconomic uncertainty.

“The equity markets remain generally oriented upwards on an international scale,” Sanchini noted, adding that while gold has continued to rise, the fund’s Bitcoin position recently recorded a negative performance. Despite this, the firm recorded a positive total return of 0.7% last month alone.

Long-Term Resilience

Managed by an independent team specialising in the European market, Blue Ship Patrimoine aims to balance performance with a “patrimonial” vision.

The management philosophy relies on selective risk-taking and a diversified portfolio to ensure steady yields for its clientele.

In an environment where market valuations are becoming increasingly demanding, Sanchini emphasised a measured outlook:

“We prefer to maintain a measured approach, remaining calm, disciplined, and resolutely optimistic.”

The Team Behind the Fund

The launch event allowed investors to review the product’s detailed specifications and management philosophy. Supporting Sanchini in the fund’s execution is a specialist leadership team including:

  • Samuel d’Unienville: Director of Analysis
  • Romain Burnand: Investment Committee Member
  • Clyde Thomas: Business Development Officer
  • Agnès Clarenc: Compliance Officer
