FCC Operation Nets Over 15 Vehicles and 4 Arrests
In the early morning of 5th August, a major operation was carried out by the National Coordination Committee, involving the Financial Crimes Commission (FCC), the police, the Mauritius Revenue Authority (MRA), the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), and other agencies.
The raids took place in several locations, including Camp Levieux, Rose-Hill, and Le Morne.
During the operation, authorities seized more than fifteen vehicles and large motorcycle cylinders. Four suspects were arrested in connection with the case.
The operation is linked to ongoing investigations into drug trafficking.
