CIM Financial Services to pay dividend

CIM Financial Services Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Rs0.10 per share payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of the company. 

The dividend is in respect of the financial year ending September 30, 2021 and will be payable in full to all the shareholders of the company registered at close of business on July 27, 2021. 

CIM Financial Services said the payment of the dividend will take place on or about August 12, 2021. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Stock Exchange up to the market day of July 22, 2021 and ex-dividend as from July 23, 2021.
