Anantara Iko Mauritius appoints new GM

Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas, which opened in late 2019 has announced the appointment of its new General Manager, Pascal Bertrand, who brings over 35 years of  luxury hospitality experience from around the globe.

French national Pascal started his career in Food & Beverage, as Sous-Chef for Eleven Maple Street Restaurant in Florida. He continued his career in F&B by joining The Ritz Carlton in Atlanta as Assistant Banqueting Manager, followed by The Ritz Carlton Cancun and The Ritz Carlton in Florida. 

With qualifications in Hotel Asset Management and Real Estate from Cornell University, Pascal progressed through the ranks of hotel operations before taking his first General Manager position at the Legends Hotel Mauritius, in 2010.

Anantara Iko Mauritius Resort & Villas features 164 guest rooms and suites and will soon launch an additional eight luxury pool villas – two with two bedrooms and six with four bedrooms.
