Heba Capdevila to Lead Medine as New Group CEO from October 2025

Medine Group has named Heba Capdevila as its new Group Chief Executive Officer, effective October 2025, in a strategic appointment signalling the company’s focus on growth and transformation.

The Board of Directors confirmed the leadership change on Thursday (August 7), praising Capdevila’s 25-year track record in international leadership across logistics, manufacturing, industrial operations, and construction-related industries.

According to Medine, her expertise in strategic transformation, organisational development, and performance-driven leadership aligns with the group’s long-term objectives.

In an official statement, the Board expressed strong confidence in her appointment:
