Mauritian Woman Passes Away During Flight from Amsterdam to Kenya

A woman from Mauritius died on a flight from Amsterdam to Nairobi. The incident occurred on June 20 aboard a Kenya Airways plane about an hour before landing at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.

Bibi Alima, 20 years old, was traveling with her husband when she suddenly collapsed and died.

The pilot requested help from airport health officials upon landing; they confirmed her death.

The cause of her death is not yet known. Her body has been taken to the mortuary for an autopsy.
