Minister Navarre-Marie Condemns Inhumane Treatment of TikToker

In a harrowing turn of events, the plight of Izna Gulzar, a prominent TikTok influencer, has ignited a firestorm of outrage across social media. Captured in a distressing video that has since gone viral, Gulzar is seen being escorted by police, her wrists shackled and her ankles bound with chains.

Arianne Navarre-Marie, the Minister for Gender Equality and Family Welfare, has condemned this treatment as “inhumane,” expressing her heartfelt concern for Gulzar in the wake of the shocking footage.

“My heart and thoughts are with this woman regarding the video,” Navarre-Marie stated emphatically.

“This is a treatment that no individual should endure. Whether a woman or a man, my reaction would remain unchanged.”
