Shocking Allegations: Police Security Officer Under Fire
A disturbing trend of attacks against a dedicated security inspector tasked with safeguarding Mauritius’ very own Prime Minister, Navin Ramgoolam, continues to escalate. The inspector, who has been working tirelessly within the Very Important Person Security Unit (VIPSU), has been accused of various misdeeds, including bribery and using his office for personal gain.
Fresh from allegations of an informal promotion upon the arrival of the new government, the inspector is now at the center of a storm, with more and more individuals coming forward to accuse him of corruption.
A chilling letter, supposedly penned by VIPSU officers and addressed to the Financial Crimes Commission, with a copy sent to the Prime Minister himself, has sparked outrage.
The letter, which has also been widely shared on social media, containing explosive allegations and even references to CCTV footage that allegedly corroborate these claims.
The inspector’s allies are adamant that these are nothing but vicious rumors with no basis in fact.
With an astonishing 33 years of service under his belt, including 31 years with VIPSU, the dedicated officer’s impressive record and years of tireless hard work have undoubtedly earned him his promotions.
The letter in question, dated February 3, paints a disturbing picture of a police officer who is allegedly using his position for personal enrichment.
