As of 10:00 AM, the system was located near 10.0° S and 76.0° E, moving generally to the west-southwest at approximately 10 km/h. This information was released in a special bulletin by the meteorological station on Wednesday, November 13.

As the system approaches the region, winds will gradually strengthen from the southeast, reaching speeds of up to 50 km/h, with gusts potentially hitting 90 km/h.
