Orders Issued: Autopsy to Confirm Natural Death?

As promised, the whistleblower “Missie Moustass” has released two new audio recordings that raised serious questions about the circumstances surrounding the death of Jacquelin Steve Juliette. These recordings, which appeared to have captured conversations involving key figures in law enforcement, implicating potential misconduct surrounding an autopsy report.
In the first recording, a voice identified as Ashik Jagai, the head of the Special Striking Team, speaks with an unidentified individual about a police operation conducted by the Anti-Drug and Smuggling Unit (ADSU) on January 5, 2023, at Résidence Ste-Claire.
Footage from this operation allegedly showed police officers strangling Juliette during his arrest.
Although he was released afterward, Juliette later filed a complaint alleging police brutality.
That evening, he was admitted to SSRN Hospital, where he subsequently died.
During their conversation, the unidentified voice revealed, “His son Juliette has passed away,” referring to Juliette’s struggle with police officers.
The voice added, “They might claim he sustained injuries and died from strangulation.”
It is suggested that Juliette was taken to hospital for injuries to his groin, leading to his death.
The second audio clip features voices identified as Police Commissioner Anil Kumar Dip and Dr. Sudesh Kumar Gungadin, head of the police forensic team.
In this recording, Commissioner Dip inquired about who will perform the autopsy.
Dr. Gungadin responded that the case is assigned to Port-Louis, stating, “You do it yourself. Inside information suggested he received blows to the groin; that must not get out, or things will turn hostile.”
Gungadin then laughed and rhetorically questioned, “Should we find the injuries?”
To which Dip replied, “No need to find anything. Just label it as a natural cause.”
Notably, the official autopsy report previously concluded that Juliette died of a heart attack.
