Appeal to Lawyer-Election Candidates to Avoid Court Referrals

The Master and Registrar of the Supreme Court has issued a call to lawyers who are participating in the upcoming general elections, urging them to take measures to prevent the referral of cases involving their clients to the courts.

In situations where a referral becomes unavoidable due to any official electoral commitments, the Master and Registrar has requested that these attorneys make the necessary arrangements with the courts, magistrates, or judges to secure the earliest possible hearing date.
