Ongoing Drug Crisis: Tragic Death of Zaffar Karamuth

A tragic incident has once again underscored the devastating impact of drug abuse, with the untimely death of 24-year-old Zaffar Karamuth.

Hailing from a village in the southern region, Zaffar was the son of businessman and social media influencer Feroz Karamuth.

Funeral services for Zaffar are scheduled Friday, August 30.

In an emotional video shared on social media, Feroz Karamuth and his wife announced the heartbreaking news of their son’s passing.

“We had hoped that our child would change and become a better person. Today, we mourn the loss of our son,” Feroz stated, expressing their profound grief.

At the time of the tragedy, Feroz and his wife were in Thailand and had planned to return home the following evening.

This sorrowful event highlighted a growing concern in many communities regarding the ongoing drug crisis that continues to claim the lives of young individuals.
