Prime Minister’s Promises Fulfilled, Says Tamil Cultural Center President
Dr. Adi Peruman, the president of the Tamil Cultural Center, praised Prime Minister Pravind Jugnauth for his commitment to fulfilling promises made to the community. “The Prime Minister has kept his word. Despite various obstacles, he has demonstrated tremendous courage and determination in achieving what he has done. This is the legacy we are passing on to the next generation,” Dr. Peruman stated.
Emphasizing the Prime Minister’s dedication to the advancement of diverse cultures and religions, Dr. Peruman noted, “The support given to the Tamil Cultural Center reflected his commitment to our heritage.
We take pride in having a leader like him. We have stood firm in the face of challenges.”
Dr. Adi Peruman’s comments were made during a ceremony on Tuesday afternoon, August 27, at the Tamil Cultural Center, which also included the Hindi Speaking Union and the Urdu Speaking Union in Côte-d’Or.
The event was attended by Prime Minister Jugnauth, several ministers, and a host of distinguished guests.
