ReA Secures 3 Nominations in Labour-MMM-ND Alliance for Elections

The request made by Rezistans ek Alternativ (ReA) to secure three positions within the Labour-MMM-ND alliance for the upcoming legislative elections has been granted.

This announcement was made by Ashok Subron, the spokesperson for the left-wing movement, following a meeting with leaders of the Labour-MMM-ND alliance at Navin Ramgoolam’s residence in Riverwalk, Vacoas, on August 22.

Ashok Subron stated that out of the three nominations, one will be allocated to a woman, whose name will be disclosed next Saturday.

He refrained from revealing the names of the three potential candidates at this time.

However, he noted that ReA aims to field one or two candidates in constituencies of their choosing, including one in a rural area and another in an urban setting.
