Yogida Sawmynaden Files Complaint After Shibchurn’s Shocking Affidavit
Yogida Sawmynaden, the Member of Parliament for Constituency No. 8, made a visit to the Central Police Station on the afternoon of Thursday, August 1, to file a Precautionary Measure. This action came after Vishal Shibchurn, currently in custody, provided a sworn affidavit that included Sawmynaden’s name.
Speaking to the press after his visit to the police station, Sawmynaden alleged that he is the target of a political conspiracy, implicating certain legal figures in the matter.
He adamantly stated that he has no involvement in the murder of Soopramanien Kistnen, a political agent of the MSM party, whose body was discovered in a sugarcane field in 2020. “We are accustomed to these false affidavits,” Sawmynaden emphasized.
In the affidavit sworn by Vishal Shibchurn, who remained detained, serious accusations were made regarding the Kistnen case.
Shibchurn mentioned several political figures, including the former Minister of Commerce, associates, and various repeat offenders, one of whom was shot dead, while others are incarcerated for serious crimes.
These revelations have intensified the scrutiny surrounding the events linked to Kistnen’s death and have raised questions about the extent of alleged political maneuvering.
